This is a list of campgrounds where we have stayed with a few comments on each. We have not listed the prices of the campgrounds because there are too many variables. Campgrounds change their rates by the season, discounts are given for extended stays and most campgrounds give discounts for memberships, Good Sam, Coast to Coast, Passport America, FMCA, Escapees, etc. Also, many campgrounds charge extra for 50 amp service, air conditioner use, sewer hookup, etc. We pay for only the hookups we will need for the nights we stay. Since we are self-contained we don't use the rest rooms, showers or laundries, so we don't comment on those facilities. Many of the Coast to Coast campgrounds are also members of RPI and other membership camping systems. The Smiley Face Ratings are as follows:

L - Skip this campground
KK - OK for an overnight stay
KKK - This is a pretty good park
JJJJ - We recommend you stay here
JJJJJ - This is a Great campground

What we paid - (1999-2004) Inexpensive ($11 and under), Moderate price ($12-21), Expensive ($22 and over)
(2005-2010) Inexpensive ($15 and under), Moderate price ($16-25), Expensive ($26 and over)
